i was charge with possesion of marijuana. i was caught purchasing marijuana from an under cover cop, any way i miss my court hearing day due to a stay at a rehabilitation center what should i do to get a new court hearing n to get the warrant lifted.

You must appear in the court in which you missed your hearing and explain yourself. There is a bench warrant that must be cleared. usually is you appear with counsel volentarily, the court will reinstate bail without forcing you to pay anything.
