Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Criminal charges for filed against me for bad checks. I paid the check but after the charges were filed. Will this case be dismissed at the hearing or do I still have more legal problems.

A good attorney can probably get the charges dismissed. Don't try to handle it yourself.
