3 months ago house got busted. On the aff for prob cause they said the had a ci that said he could make buy..... Never happened ! After this.... police went through trash on my private prop. and found a stem and seed they say and then got warremt for house, and I am a reg gun owner, however I in the past 4 years have been with a man that mind you has not commited any crim, except a minnor Mis , before this over 15 years ago he did do the wrong think hes sereved his time. Mind you that they found two loaded guns in the house, that are reg to me !!!!!!!!! Also small amount of weed 2- grams. The ATF has now com in and the tiime they are asking 15- LIFE. He is a FATHER MY PARNTER , UNCLE AMD FRIEND what do you think are chances are ?????????

If the case is in federal court, and it seems like it is based on the question, the case can be quite tough depending on the type of evidence that is assembled and how they plan to proceed against the person. Often times the AUSA will offer a way out, but the consequence are often too much for most people.

If the case is in state court, something can almost always be worked out.

The atf cases are some of the most difficult because the stakes are often so high. The facts are often the least relevant part of the prosecution with the feds.
