Criminal- Robbery

My dad took a gulity plea of 2-3 years, his arraingment is 9/26, will he still have a trial, can he still post bail and do you need calateral for bail?

If he appeared in front of a judge and pled guilty he would be pending sentencing and there would be no arraignment. On the other hand, I am not entirely certain that I understand you question. Please call me.
