Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Criminal Theft
I am the main suspect in a robbery there is alot of evidence that points to me even though I am innocent. The amount is only $414.00 and I want to know if it is worth going through the hassle of a true investigation and getting a lawyer or should I just bow out and pay the money?

Re: Criminal Theft
You should contact an attorney. Paying the money is another thing that may make you look guilty.
