Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

criminal trespass

I am being charged with knowingly trespassing in a cemetary by the PA title 18 code 3503 (b)(1)(iii). However I was unaware that I was not allowed to trespass, and there are no fences surrounding the graveyard as the statute suggests. Should I plead guilty or not guilty?

Re: criminal trespass

Always plead not guilty, talk to an attorney, before this gets placed on your record.
