Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Cs13a32

I obtained a copy of my criminal record and this is the code on it: CS13A32. What exactly does that mean? There was a similar question on here and I tried the websites mentioned but couldn't find what the meaning is. Help!!!

Re: Cs13a32

This means knowing and intentional possession of a controlled substance. If you were arrested and convicted, meaning you were found guilty or plead guilty, then you have a criminal record. If the case was thrown out then you do not have a record, but there is a record of your arrest. You CAN get an arrest expunged. Visit www.expungementpardon.com

good luck.

I disagree with my learned friend, Mr. Zeiger. This charge is actually shorthand for Title 35 Section 780-113(a)(32) which is the charge of possession of drug paraphernalia.
