iv went to jail for giving a miner beer and i have a P.O im on for 2 years i get off Dec,4 well i had sex with a 15 year old and now she is going to have a baby and im the dad to this baby my P.O. is going to put me in jail if im the dad because i cant be around no one under 18.

Now what im asking is whats the min and max i can get for this i think my min is 2 years becuse of my P.O. i would like to know my max. And is there something i could do to stay out of jail?

You don't say how old you are. If you are more than 19, you could be in deep trouble if they charge you with statutory sexual assault. (It is illegal--statutory sexual assault--for a person to have sex with someone under 16 who is less than 4 years younger). This is a felony, max 25 yrs., and puts you on the Megan's Law list.

If you are less than 19, then the most you could be charged with is corruption of minors.
