Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Someone is saying my daughter used their bank card without their permission. The state police were just here, and told us that this complaint was filed. They left my daughter an affadavit to fill out what she knows(the girl accusing her was her friend up until about 10 days ago). This sopposely took place the beginning of March. They say there are numerous transactions(walmart,chili, etc) amounting to approx. 300.00. Can you please tell me what's gonna happen? Wouldn't they look at tapes for these places or check the signature? We live in Pa, I honestly don't know if she had any part in this or not but would like to know what would happen if she did. She has no prior record.

First, she is to say nothing to the police.

Next, she needs to get a lawyer. This is no place for going on the cheap. Her future is in jeopardy.
