Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
My daughter had a summons to appear for under age drinking in West Chester PA. , the date was re-scheduled due to the police officers schedule. She received a new court date, but now they are trying to re-schedule it again , due to the police officers schedule again. If she does not respond and shows up on the last scheduled date, shouldn't the case be dismissed due to the arresting officer will not be there?

Sadly no. They will inform her of the new date and she either goes or risks getting hit with a bench warrant.
