Re: defrerred sentence
There has to be a reason the DA is requesting that your parole be revoked and that you serve out the minimum of your sentence. Or, is it the probation office that is asking that you make payments on your fines and court costs. Remember, there are potentially, other requirements of your sentence that you have not done.
Otherwise, I agree with Attorney Zeiger. The DA can do it because you are still either on parole or on probation. Hire an experienced defense lawyer to advise you of your options and risks. Any questions, please call.
Re: defrerred sentence
while they can do this to you, you can also file a motion for immediate parole. if you have really been out of trouble this whole time and finished all of the programs you were supposed to completed, your lawyer would have a good arguement for immediate parole.
