Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
desperately seeking advice--living with drug addicts!!
I desperately need advice. Due to personal reasons, I was forced to move into a friend's house in PA. Her son got out of jail and moved in, and we continually find the evidence of his and his wife's heroin use (aka burnt spoons, empty capsules, etc). How can we get him arrested without getting arrested ourselves? He's currently on probation in MD for the jail time (armed robbery) and supposedly has a letter from his PO saying he can be in PA. When we tell him to get out, he just breaks in anyway. We don't know what to do. Please help us!!

you can either move out, or have his sister convince him to go to drug rehab...or you can call his parole officer to report him!
if he isnt on the lease or he's not a renter, you can have his sister take legal action to keep him out legally (since he is not paying rent).

Just call the police.
