how do you go about having a detainer dropped?
I wanna bail my boyfriend out of jail but he got a detainer?
And how do you go about having your bail reduced??

You prepare a Petition to have the detainer lifted and present it to the Judge that entered it. There is no guarantee of success but I've been pretty successful with these over the years and you frequently find the bail agency to be on your side. Please feel free to give me a call to discuss this.
