if detectives come to your home trying to accuse you of breaking and entering and stealing money which they claim and then tries to charge you with something different. what legal actions can i obtain there?

I'm not sure if there is any legal action that can be taken. There may be a defense though if they came with a warrant and searched for goods but found drugs and then charged you with possession.
