I have discharged/dismissed record

how do i get a discharged/ dismissed thing off my record for a fight i got in

If it was discharged or dimissed, it should not be on your record. If there was an arrest without a conviction, if someone were to run your record, they would see the arrest and it should say disposition unreported. If it was a juvenile matter, an expungement might be in order but an attorney would need to review the file first.

You must file a petition to expunge in the county in which the case arose. You must then circulate a certified copy of the Expungement Order to all agencies that ahve record of the arrest. Cost for entire process is less than $750.
