Disorderly and Assault

my boyfriend and i are regulars at a

local bar. on tuesday night there was

another couple in the bar that

started an altercation over a game of

pool, the guy kicked me and the girl

slapped me in the face. the bouncers

broke it up and told the guy not to

lay his hands on a girl. when we

were leaving the bar the couple

began another altercation outside

resulting in both of them grabing

me, i pulled my arm away from the

girl and hit the guy to get him off of

me, he kept saying ''i'll kill you if you

lay a hand on her'' she and i then

began fist fighting and the guy

struck me over the head with a pool

stick at that time my boyfriend went

after him and beat him up. The

police met us at the hospital the guy

needed stitches and i had my scalp

glued back together and suffered a

concusion. The officers never took a

statement from me but charged me

for disorderly conduct in the bar

resulting in an assault outside. The

police will not release the incident

report to me and the detective told

us that since we are friends with the

establishment he is finding it hard to

believe what really happened. why

have they not arrested this guy?
