Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Disorderly Conduct arrest 4 yrs ago (while in college)

To whom it may concern,

I'm inquiring as to how I can get some information concerning my past criminal offenses. I was arrested for Disorderly Conduct while attending college and am now beginning my Peace Corps application. I was 20 years old at the time. I need to know how to proceed in terms of whether my record has been expunged, or whether it still exists and thus must report it. I received a 200$ fine, from what I remember, being told it was nothing more than a glorified traffic ticket. Naturally, I would rather not have this offense linger on my record, so what can be done? The Peace Corps requires any and all criminal history to be reported. Please get back to me when you can.

Many many thanks for any assistance.

Regards,

George K.

You seem to have no idea what happened in court. It sounds as though your disorderly person charge was reduced to a violation of a municipal ordinance because a municipal ordinance violation conviction constitutes nothing more than a glorified traffic ticket. You should call the cour and request to

know what happened in your case. If I am right, you should then call me to

have me expunge the entire record as to the arrest.

Call me if you like.
