Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Disorderly Conduct

I have been given a citation for disorderly conduct section 5503 sub section a4. Is subsection a4 a lesser charge than a1, a2, a3. Also if I plead guilty, how long do I have to wait to get the record expunged.

Re: Disorderly Conduct

If you plead guilty or are convicted you would need to seek a pardon from the Govenor, unless a statutory remedy exists. It is far better to fight the charges and retain counsel.

My office also offers flat rate pricing and free consultations, for additional information please visit my firm's website at www.AlleghenyAttorneys.com or by calling my office at 412.731.0865.

a(4) is just a different series of elements needed to establish the charge. Expungement after a guilty verdict or plea can only occur after a pardon or under the statutory scheme when you turn 70 years old. A lawyer may be able to secure an alternative disposition so that no conviction is placed on your record. I offer free consultations.
