Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
disorderly conduct
If I am cited for disorderly conduct for smoking marijuana in a vehicle that was parked, and I am required to stand for a hearing, which plea ''guilty'' or ''not guilty'' would result in less hassle and consequences, and should I get a Public Defandant?

Re: disorderly conduct
If all you got was a disorderly conduct consider yourself lucky.
You're only entitled to a Public Defender if the charge or charges would result in a jail term of 6 months or more.
