Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Can a disorderly conduct be expunged? My daughter received it when she was 18, she is now 24 and is having a hard time finding employment because of it.

If it was a summary offense the law says that a conviction can be expunged after 5 years. Any good local criminal defense attorney should be able to do it.
If it was a misdemeanor then the conviction cannot be expunged and she would have to get a governor's pardon to have it removed.
Best of luck.

Summaries can be expunged. However, it should be said that summaries cannot be legally considered by an employer to deny employment. And, any employer who excludes one for employment due to a summary isn't worth working for.
