Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Disorderly Conduct
My husband went to someones house who has been saying things about us. He had 3 friends with him, and all he did was ring the doorbell and say, if you want to talk come talk to me then. they did not even open the door, just dialed 911, and when the cops showed up, they told them he threatened to kill him and tried kicking down the door. He now has to plea guilty or not for disorderly conduct. what could happen here?

Re: Disorderly Conduct
if his conduct was not disorderly, he should plea not guilty. he may want to get a lawyer in the area if he wants to plea not guilty.
