Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Disorderly conduct

I am 16 and i was at a party where there were marijuanna and alcohol. I recieved a citation for disorderly conduct. The citation says things that i did not do. Should I plea guilty or not guilty to diorderly conduct. The officers could have charged us with underage. If i plea not guilty to disorderly conduct can they still change the charge? No breathalizers were taken but alcohol and marijuanna were found.

Re: Disorderly conduct

Your scenerio is typical. You have to weigh fighting the citation and winning and then having them file the proper citation and losing which includes a drives license suspension. The facts given are not enough for me to make a decision.

If you did not commit the crime charged then you cannot truthfully plead guilty. As to the possibility of additional charges, I need more information to properly advise you. Please feel free to contact me.
