I would like to know if I have a disorderly conduct in a public drunkenness would the courts drop the disoderly

It depends on the facts of the case. I would suggest hiring a criminal defense attorney who can speak to the officer or the district attorney. If they are not able to drop it, they might be able to win it at trial, or work something out where it can be dropped.
