Disorderly conduct and public intoxication defense
During a domestic dispute my husband
took the key to my car and I chased
him and jumped on the hood of my car
to stop him. I called the police , they
came to my house and arrested me for
disorderly conduct and public
intoxication. This occurred in pa.
Directly in front of my house. Do I
have a defense to get this dismissed?

your defense is that your husband was stealing your car and that you were sober. it was your car and there was no blood alcohol test, so what can they prove?
