Disorderly Conduct
I was recently charged with disorderly conduct in pennsylvania I would just like to know what i might be facing. I've tried finding out this info everywhere... I just can't find it... please help

I agree with the other two attorneys. Depends on what you did and prior record as to which range you may get.

if you have no previous offenses of record, the disorderly conduct will be cleared up with a fine and perhaps 90 days unsupervised probation. in theory you could get up to six months' imprisonment.

I agree with terrence. Definitely a fine,possible probation, slight chance of imprisionment.
