Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Disorderly Conduct Summary

on saturday night the 31s i was arguing with my girlfriend walked out of her room and a cop was standing there. he could smell beer and was going to give me a underage and numerous other charges. after telling him everything and being honest and respectful to him. he talked to myself and my girlfriend and i ended up receiving a non traffic citation/summons and charged with disorderly conduct for ''the actor did yell scream at a person known to him serving no legitimate purpose'' and the cop told me i would need to go to court and the fine would range from 1-300 $'s.

1) will this show up on my criminal record?

2) will this show up on a background check?

3)how could it affect employers?

I live in PA am 19 and have no prior offenses besides a speeding ticket when i was 16

THANK YOU VERY MUCH IN ADVANCE FOR YOU HELP!!!

Re: Disorderly Conduct Summary

He gave you a break by not giving you an underage drinking, which carries a license suspension.

It is a summary, and will not show up on a criminal record. Employers cannot hold summaries against you.

Take the break he gave you.

Re: Disorderly Conduct Summary

If you have no priors talk to the police and see if he would be OK if the DJ gives you ARD. Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. You would have to do community service and stay out of trouble for 6 months. If you can do that the charges would effectively go away.
