Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Disorderly conduct.

I was thrown out of a bar and questioned the bouncer to why they did this. No physical interaction at all. We left the bar car lot after my friend went inside again and settled his tab. There were some verbal arguments outside, but nothing physical. About 1 mile down the road, we were pulled over by the police and they issued me a disorderly conduct for refusing to leave the bar when requested by the bouncers. I would like to settle this as fast as possible. Should I plead guilty or not guilty? I just moved from another country and have no idea what this means.

Re: Disorderly conduct.

Befor pleading guilty you should consult an attorney to discuss other possible pre-trial deversion programs such as ARD and 458 dismissal. This is especially important if you are seeking US citizenship as a coviction can have negative immigration consequences. I offer free consultations.
