domestic abuse question

Boyfriend charged with domestic violence. Criminal charges have been brought against him from Commonwealth of PA. Am I able to collect loss of wages from work and medical expenses incurred from my injuries? Wel also jointly own a vehicle which is in the boyfriend's possession, how is it determined who gets the vehicle?

You need to contact either the District Attorney or the Victims/Witness Service, if they aren't listed just call the DA they'll know who they are.

You might have to sue to recover items and damages although I've seen it addressed in PFA hearings.
