How do I drop domestic Violence charges that I put on my boyfriend? He is in there for probation violation as well and his hearings the 30th. How long can he face up to in jail?

He can be sentenced on the original charges for which he is on probation. You may not be able to drop the domestic violence charges but it is difficult for prosecutors when a witness is uncooperative in this type of situation.
