Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

What dose this charge mean

What do these charges mean and what am I to expect, I am curently in jail waiting on a court date. This town is so small there is only a judge in here ever other month.

s.18, 3929, a1 retail theft and s,18,6310.1,a

selling or furnishing liqual to a minor. What can I do

I'm not sure I understand your question. The charges are self explanatory. Do you have prior offenses for retail theft? In addition, you should have gotten what is called an "affidavit of probable cause" which explains what they allege you did to justify the charges.

Have you had a preliminary hearing before a district justice? Did the district justice set bail? Were you represented at the preliminary hearing or did you waive your right to counsel (big mistake).

Give me some more information about the current status of your charges...tell me at what stage in the process you are and what, specifically, you want to know.

you must be in mifflin, juniata or perry county. i am in altoona. you are in jail because u have a parole hit to determine; the charges are otherwise minor for someone without a record.
