Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
dropping charges after papers are filed?
My mother and my boyfriend got into a fight resulting in him breaking her computer monitor. She called the police and filed a claim against him. She now wants to drop charges and settle it outside of court, but is it possible to drop the charges after we have already received the papers?
