drug charge with possession of a firearm in home
1st offense poss. of 1/2 an ounce of marijuana poss. of a controlled subs. and poss. of parephan. there was a legal firearm in household which the d.a. is trying to throw in what will happen with and without the firearm charges. lehigh county

It is difficult to say without knowing more. There may be issues with the warrant and there may be issues with the type of firearm. You should hire an attorney in Lehigh County or talk to the Public Defender ASAP if you can't afford an attorney.
