what is the possible penalty (punishment) for a first time offense of possesion of mariuana, in the amount of 1 pound with intent to sell?

Got to look that one up.
It looks like the mandatory minimum provisions apply where the amount is two pounds.
You're over the limit for a small amount of marijuana, though.
