Re: drug charges

This just got serious.

The 3rd time is very significant when it comes to marijuana arrests.

1. The jails are full and putting you in jail is also expensive. The ADA is not stupid and generally has no desire to put you in jail for mere possession of a small amount of marijuana.

But you are not charged only with possession.

2. "Intent to Distribute" is the serious charge. You can, and often will, be sent to jail for a conviction on 'intent'.

This is something for which you will need an attorney. If you don't already have one, then you are welcome to contact me. Email is best to make an appointment.
