If a person is charged with three counts of possession and delivery of cocaine how could they be released without bail?

Bail depends on three factors generally: 1. seriousness of current case, 2. past history of appearing in court, 3. past cases. Other rules can apply though, for example 600e. Please feel free to email me a more specific question and i will be happy to give you a more direct answer.
