drug testing

do i have the right , to view, my urinalysis, results?is it possible for the testing to be flawed. i tested pos. for thc and cocaine, one week, the next week it was just cocaine, when i did thc(pot).

there a couple of things that can be done. i researched this matter extensively for a prior client. it is very expensive and usually only explored in the eventuality of dismissal from employment or education. be prepared to pay your attorney a retainer to represent you.
