does drunk in public and disorderly conduct in public go on your record? i am very worried

Everything goes on your record. This is the age of the internet, and everything is online.

However, a summary offense only appears on some reports, and only if someone specifically looks for it. Public drunkeness is a summary. Disorderly conduct can be either a summary or misdemeanor, you didn't say which it was.

It depends on whether it was a summary or misdemeanor. If you were just fined, you probably don't have anything to worry about.
