Either you or your son should get in touch with an attorney local to your area as soon as possible. The next thing that will happen is that your some will receive notice of a Preliminary Hearing in the mail. It is very important that he attend the Preliminary Hearing on the date scheduled and that he have an attorney with him. This is a very complex situation and your son really needs an attorney.
