How do i get surveillance from police car of an arrest

You would generally request it upon discovery if you believe it is exculpatory (supports the defense). In most DUI cases, though, people are not willing to spend the money on an attorney willing to take a case to that extent, especially since most Counties in Pennsylvania are willing to offer the minimal sentence in exchange for a plea. It is likely that you would have to specifically request it in informal discovery and then file a Motion to Compel when it is not produced.
