If you are being criminally charged, which it sounds like, you will need an attorney. E-bay and Paypal are particularly dangerous because they frequently involve interstate transactions and if you do not deliver what is promised, you can end up in U.S. District Court paying an attorney $5,000 and up even for a plea.

I have handled this type of case and if you are local to my area, I'd be happy to talk with you about the matter.

The facts as you have presented them are not very clear, but you should definitely talk to private counsel. Feel free to contact our offices. We do not charge for initial consultations. You should definitely be represented by counsel if they charge you.
