Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania

Employee theft

I work for a small company in which I am issued a personal bank($700.00) in order to make change for certain transactions. This is my second job, and I'm only there on the weekends. However, I've taken some of the money over the past few weeks with the intent of replacing it over the next few weeks. I'm afraid of being audited and found out...since I've taken close to $350.00, I'm afraid I won't be able to pay it back as soon as I'd like. What are my options, should I quit, accquire a lawyer now, turn myself in? I just want to avoid an arrest if at all possible. Thanks for your time.

Re: Employee theft

Do not talk to anyone about this except a lawyer. Replace the money as fast as possible. Without evidence you can't be convicted. If the money is there and you don't admit taking it you can't be arrested because no one will know.
