Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Evidence
I gave a police detective a couple things from my house that he wanted to run some tests on. We did nothing wrong but are being accused of child abuse. I now regret turning them things over to him and want them back. Does he have to give them back to me? There is no charges against me right now.

Re: Evidence
You need to get a lawyer. Any communication you gave with the police directly can be used against you. Your lawyer can request the return. I offer free initial consultations.
