exam application

Hi!.I would like you to ask a question.three year ago i was in program called ARD and i expunded my record .Now my record is clear .Now i am applying fro Rn Licensure Exam at PA Atate Board of nursing .Do i have to disclose in application that i was charged with ARD .I am attaching that application also so you can see it.Please let me know what will be your advice about the matter

You weren't charged with ARD. That is a way of disposing of the case. Depending on what the actual crime you were charged with you might or might not have to self report.

You might want to discuss it with the folks at the school of nursing you attended.
