What can i expect for a former felony offender who recently got charged with manufacturing and possession with the intent to deliver and a criminal use of a communication facility that both hold F and F3 Grade levels?

It completely depends on the weight of the drugs and his/her prior criminal convictions. In Possession with Intent to Deliver cases, there are potential mandatory sentences based on the weight and type of the narcotics. Consult an attorney immediately.
