Will my felony convictions drop off my record after a certian amount of time? What is the sucess rate of getting them expundged?

If you have been convicted of a crime, you have a permanent record in Pennsylvania. The case cannot be expunged. The only way to clear the record is to apply for a pardon. Unfortunately, pardons are rarely granted and decent lawyers will charge an arm and a leg for all the time involved.
