Legal Question in Criminal Law in Pennsylvania
Expungement
I have an arrest from 1979 in Tampa, Florida for possession of marijuana. The case never went to court because I was on deferred prosecution. I completed the time to stay out of trouble and nothing else ever happened. They said the records were sealed but they are not. Do I start expungement paperwork where I live here in Pittsburgh, PA or call someone in Tampa, Florida? Thanks, Art
