expungement

what is the exact process in this matter? do I need a lawyer? and do i need to go to court again for this. Wrong place wrong time and now it's hurting me any help would greatly appreciated thanks

If you were convicted of anything, you need a pardon, not an expungement. If you were not convicted of anything, you need an expungement. Depending on your county, there may be a form. If not you have to file a motion. You may be able to do all of this yourself, but most people do have a lawyer for this to make sure it is done right.
