Expungement of Withdrawn Charge?

I had a simple assault charge that was withdrawn. It remains on the Internet for all to see when they run my name in criminal records. The charge alone is devastating to me and no doubt will influence future potential employers? Can I get it off the Internet? Get it off my record? And how?

You file a Petition for Expungement. Most Counties provide forms for filing.
