Exspongement
I was convicted of Criminal Consp to commit retail theft in 1995 and a DUI ( without ARD ) in 1996. I want to know what I have to do to exponge it from my record. I was charged and live in PA. I work in the medical field and this is a problem.

Re: Expungement
The only way to expunge a conviction is to go through the pardon process with the State Board of Pardons. If you receive a pardon, then you are entitled to an expungement.
