Does the state of Pennsylvania normally extradite a person from Georgia for a simpe assault VOP?

If the person is arrested in Georgia and Pennsylvania has a VOP hold, the person will probably be extradited back to Pennsylvania.

Yes. Pennsylvania even extradites for DUI cases.
